How long does it take to produce my first shin guard pair?
Batoco needs to scan your legs and develop custom moulds. You should therefore count around 6 weeks – including your scan meeting – to prepare your shin guards with a standard customisation level.
If you desire Level 4 or 5 customisation which involves custom painting, 2 additional weeks should at least be counted.

Does Batoco keep my scan on file?
Batoco keeps your scan on file during 5 years. Upon a new order, this accelerates delivery time as as the 3D file preparation is not required anymore.
