BATOCO WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and non customised.

A proof of purchase must be provided.

A claim is only valid for the initial delivery from our warehouse to your indicated address of delivery. If you should choose to have the goods forwarded to a next destination without checking the goods, this warranty becomes invalid.

To claim full replacement or free repair under your two (2) year warranty, the next procedure must be followed for all shipments:

1. Open the box and check the goods before signing the delivery papers from the transport company.

2. If damage(s) to the goods, file a claim with the transport company within 72 hours and Batoco within 24 hours of delivery.

Please take pictures of the damaged goods and send them through email to rma@batoco.co.

3. Any claims filed later than 24 hours after reception will not be accepted by Batoco.

4. Certain claims can be settled without returning the goods. Therefore, do not return the goods to Batoco. If you have questions or have goods to send in for inspection, please contact Batoco by email at rma@batoco.co to confirm shipping instructions and authorisation. The goods should have less than five (5) years for a free inspection.

5. If Batoco instructs you to return products under warranty, please carefully follow the procedure indicated by Batoco. You must always use the original packaging and make sure the item cannot move inside the box. If you are situated outside the economic area of the inspection location, make sure the goods are accompanied by a copy of our invoice with the additional mention:

– “RETURNED GOODS UNDER WARRANTY FOR REPLACEMENT” if the return is under warranty.

– “RETURNED GOODS FOR INSPECTION” if the return is for inspection.

6. Copies of all documents must be forwarded by email to rma@batoco.co for the record and the correct follow-up of your warranty claim.

7. An unapproved return will not be accepted by Batoco and will therefore return to shipper, who will bear the complete transport cost in case of unapproved returns.

Batoco reserves the right to refuse to repair products which have been altered by the owner or any third party.
