After Sales & Product Inspection

Batoco keeps your leg scan on file in case future orders are necessary. Your custom shaped mould is however not kept and needs to be re-manufactured.

Please refer to our Owner Guide for the maintenance of your shin guards.

Any degradation on the shin guards can negatively affect protection performance. Cracked shell, broken shell, fibre delamination, loose foam, broken foam, swelled parts, veining, tears etc. are all degradation signs that probably mean your shin guards should be replaced.

In case of heavy contact on the pitch or any of the above degradation signs, please contact Batoco through rma@batoco.co to arrange a free of charge inspection. A return authorisation is required to send back your custom shin guards. More information on the return process can be found here.

If your custom shin guards are damaged beyond repair, a full exchange of the shin guards at a special price will be proposed at Batoco’s discretion.
